You will need:
Turkey breast (1 pound)
Onion (1/2 cup, chopped)
Green pepper (1/2 cup, chopped)
Garlic powder (1/2 teaspoon)
Tomatoes (1 cans or 14.5 ounces, undrained)
Brown rice (1 cups, cooked, long grain)
Chili powder (1 teaspoon)
Sugar (1 teaspoon)
Hot pepper sauce (1/8 teaspoon)
Pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
Reduced Fat cheese (1/2 cup, shredded)
How to do it:
Find a large skillet and in here cook the turkey, onion, green pepper and garlic, you have to do this at medium heat so you don not burn anything. You will know it is cooked once the meat turns darker, this means it will no longer be pink and once you have done this to the turkey you can drain any fat excess it may have. Now you can add the next ingredients sugar, tomatoes, rice and hot pepper sauce and bring everything to a boiling point. Cook and keep simmering for about 15 to 20 minutes or until all has been heated trough, once you have don this remove from the fire. Finally add the last touch to serve with the cheese, sprinkle all over the rice and enjoy from this low fat and very healthy meal.
