3 lbs. of chicken cutlets, 1 massive can of mushrooms, 3 cups of chicken broth, 1 cup of white wine, 1 jar of sweet fried peppers with onions, 2 beaten eggs, 1 cup of Italian seasoned bread crumbs, and oil.
Dip cutlets into egg, then bread crumbs. Fry in oil. Saute mushrooms into mix. Place fried chicken in pan and pour chicken broth in. Add peppers, and wine. Cover and bake at 350 ranges for 1 ½ hours once in a while basting the chicken with the broth.

2 neatly beaten eggs, 1 lb. floor pink meat, 1 minced clove of garlic, 2 tbsp. minced parsley, ¼ cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 2 tsp. salt, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 12 oz. tomato paste, 3 cans of sizzling water, 1 tsp. dried sweet basil, 1 tbsp. pepper, ½ tsp. sugar.
Mix eggs, pink meat, garlic, parsley, cheese, and salt. Wet hands and form 16 balls with the mix. Brown slowly in sizzling oil, rolling the balls to arrange dinner even and stay round. Mix in tomato paste, sizzling water, basil, and sugar and pour it over the meat balls. Cover and simmer for 1 hour while cooking noodles or linguine. Pour meatballs and sauce over noodles
ITALIAN STYLE BAKED CHICKEN
3 b lb. frying chicken, flour, 3 eggs, 2 tbsp. milk, 4 tbsp. romano cheese, 3 pieces of parsley, 3 cups of Italian bread crumbs, 6 tbsp. of cooking oil, 4 tbsp. of butter, salt, pepper.
Wash and dry chicken and dip into flour. Combine eggs, milk, cheese, salt, pepper, and parsley. Dip floured chicken into egg combination and then into bread crumbs. Chop chicken into pieces. Pour oil into baking dish and place chicken pieces (pores and pores and skin aspect up) and butter it. Bake at 300 ranges for 1 ¼ hour.
