three lbs. of hen cutlets, 1 huge can of mushrooms, three cups of hen broth, 1 cup of white wine, 1 jar of candy fried peppers with onions, 2 crushed eggs, 1 cup of Italian seasoned bread crumbs, and oil.
Dip cutlets into egg, then bread crumbs. Fry in oil. Saute mushrooms into combine. Place fried hen in pan and pour hen broth in. Add peppers, and wine. Cover and bake at 350 levels for 1 ½ hours from time to time basting the hen with the broth.
three lbs. of hen portions, 2 tbsp. of butter, ½ cup of brown sugar, three sliced oranges, ½ cup of orange juice, salt, pepper, paprika, 1 can of hen gravy, sugar, wild rice.
Rub hen with salt, pepper, and paprika. Combine hen portions pores and skin facet up with orange juice and sugar. Baste with butter and broil for three mins. Remove from broiler and bake for 25 mins at 350 levels. Pour off part the sauce and put aside. Return hen to oven, including orange slices and hen gravy to pan. Bake for 30 mins, basting regularly with sauce you put aside. Serve over wild rice. Heat final sauce and pour over the hen. OOOOO LaLa!
ITALIAN MEAT BALLS WITH NOODLES
2 smartly crushed eggs, 1 lb. flooring red meat, 1 minced clove of garlic, 2 tbsp. minced parsley, ¼ cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 2 tsp. salt, three tbsp. vegetable oil, 12 ounces. tomato paste, three cans of scorching water, 1 tsp. dried candy basil, 1 tbsp. pepper, ½ tsp. sugar.
Mix eggs, red meat, garlic, parsley, cheese, and salt. Wet palms and shape 16 balls with the combination. Brown slowly in scorching oil, rolling the balls to prepare dinner even and keep spherical. Mix in tomato paste, scorching water, basil, and sugar and pour it over the beef balls. Cover and simmer for 1 hour whilst cooking noodles or linguine. Pour meatballs and sauce over noodles
ITALIAN STYLE BAKED CHICKEN
three b lb. frying hen, flour, three eggs, 2 tbsp. milk, four tbsp. romano cheese, three items of parsley, three cups of Italian bread crumbs, 6 tbsp. of cooking oil, four tbsp. of butter, salt, pepper.
Wash and dry hen and dip into flour. Combine eggs, milk, cheese, salt, pepper, and parsley. Dip floured hen into egg aggregate after which into bread crumbs. Chop hen into items. Pour oil into baking dish and position hen items (pores and skin facet up) and butter it. Bake at 300 levels for 1 ¼ hour.
