Ingredients
half of kg lean rooster/mutton, finely minced
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 medium-sized onions, finely chopped
1 tbsp ginger powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
200 g frozen combined greens
2 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp garam masala
Salt to style
2 medium-sized tomatoes, minimize into cubed measurement of one.five centimeters.
1 lime, juiced
coriander leaves, finely chopped for garnishing
Eight frozen chapattis or roti pratas, (May have the ability to get frozen Roti Pratas/ Roti Canai from asian meals mart or supermarkets)
METHOD
Heat the cooking oil in a wok on medium warmth.
Add the cumin seeds and fry for one minute. Add the onions. Fry until a light golden color. Add the ginger and garlic pastes and fry for any other one minute.
Add the minced meat and combined greens and all of the powdered spices:- coriander, cumin, garam masala and salt to style.
Continue to brown the minced meat, stirring continuously to stop burning. This must take about five to 7 mins.
Add the tomatoes, stir and prepare dinner until cushy.
Turn the hearth off, upload the lime juice and proceed stirring.
To get ready Roti Prata/ Roti Chappatti
On any other range warmth frying pan and fry frozen chapatti or roti prata on all sides.
Place 2-Three tablespoons of the cooked minced mutton filling and roll up the chapatti / roti pratas
Serve scorching.
